Support GRoups
Meditation and Prayer Group
During the season of Lent, we will spend some time to turn inward and adopt a meditation and prayer practice. Each session will begin with a guided meditation or prayer practice that may last anywhere from 5 - 20 minutes. Afterwards, there will be an opportunity to process the experience, talk about your spiritual practice or ask questions. No experience is necessary.
When: Every Other Thursday (until Easter) @ 7:30p
Where: Zoom (https://us02web.zoom.us/j/85093176093)
Facilitator: Pastor Winston Janusz

The CDC has reported that up to 50% of Americans will be diagnosed with a mental disorder at some point in their lifetime. We are all human and we all go through internal struggles. It is okay to admit that, to talk about it, and be there for one another. Not matter what you are going through, whether anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction or any other issue, you are not alone.
During this group, members will have the opportunity to share what they are going through and discuss how our spirituality connects with our mental health. Feel free to come and just listen. No one is ever forced to share.
When: TBD - contact Winston if interested
Where: Zoom - please email Winston to RSVP

Mental Health & Spirituality Group
Divorce Support Group
As we wander through the wilderness of divorce, we can feel many conflicting emotions. Grief, confusion, loss, hope and even joy. Even in the best of situations, divorce challenges our view of ourselves and our future. This group will help people who are going through divorce, or are already divorced, stumble through the darkness towards the light of God’s love. You are not alone. People who have not been married but have been in long-term committed relationships are welcome.
When: TBD
Where: Zoom - please email Ben to RSVP

Discord Support Group Channels
Our community uses a platform called Discord to connect online. It is a simple, great way to keep touch and connect with others about shared interests and needs. Through our Discord support groups, you will have a private and secure place where you can find support from our community. Through Discord we have the following support channels in addition to support channels for the above groups:
- parent support
- stay at home mom support
- grief support
- recovery support
These are private groups. If you would like to gain access or have questions, please send an email to Pastor Winston at ypastor@peacechurchucc.org
